My Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro has started doing this. It’s not just the screen, the sound goes off too. I can forcefully shut it down and it opens up fine but does this at unexpected times. I tried interacting with it at this state, not responsive to touches. Can’t take a screenshot either.
