I received a new pair of Jabra Bluetooth headphones for Christmas and every time I connect them it continuously turns the Bluetooth on and off. It does not happen with any other device or phone in the house so it is obviously a problem with the phone. I have cleared the cache from the Bluetooth app, I have reset all settings on wireless/Bluetooth and nothing works. I think it’s a coding issue bc on the report bug (which I have submitted several dozen times by now) it says it is a java.lang.nullpointerexeption. the phone is a running MIUI version 14.0.5 ( TKEEUXM)… What can I do?
