I have a Redmi Note 9S, I reset my phone to factory settings to try if it solved some problems, and when I tried logging on my account to get my saved data it said that it sent a message to this phone to prove that it was me, but the phone didn’t receive any messages, I asked to resend the message and still nothing happens, I can’t install anything without being logged in my account, and all options that I find on the phone send more messages to this phone and still it receives nothing.

The phone has internet conection, I googled “test” to see if something happened and google worked fine.

I entered my account from my computer and there is no email sent to me of any code or anything.

What can I do to fix my brick?
