Hi. I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T. From one day to another my phone can’t load Reddit, Whatsapp, Instagram and YouTube videos. In particular, as i click a youtube video the video “flashes” and it starts after 1-2 seconds but without audio. Also some apps (Pokemon Pocket) don’t boot up anymore and they crash after 2-3 seconds from booting them. It seems that this happens cause a video is played at the beginning. Other apps that don’t contain “videos” seem to work fine.

I tried clearing up the cache and virus inspection.

Any suggestions? Thank you
