Seems like the redmi 7 kernel was also broken when released back then
classic xiaomi
This is nothing weird. They do this with ALL their phones, release a non functioning kernel. Its a classic.
but do they fix it a some point, right?
Same for the mi pad 2
Nope
Can someone ELI5?
A lot of them, if not all. My Redmi 4 Prime also had thise, and people had to rebuild the kernel manually
wow, wasn’t aware of that,. I had the impression they were more open to these things. hmm, may have to think better my next cellphone.
